You can use EventBookings absolutely free and as such you do not need to provide us with any payment details. However, EventBookings offers a premium plan that comes with some premium features for the event hosts who wish to take it to the next level.
Does EventBookings charge for free events ?
You don’t have to pay any service fees for your free events. We will only charge you when you sell tickets for your events.
How do I receive payment from my attendees ?
If you are using Stripe as your payment gateway, you need to connect your Stripe account with EventBookings. All your payments will be deposited into your Stripe account.
Stripe is a very easy to use and secure payment system used worldwide. Creating an account in Stripe is super easy. If you don’t have a Stripe account, create one here.
Processing fees may be charged by Stripe for credit/debit card transactions as per your country if the Stripe payment gateway is chosen.
When do I need to give my credit card details ?
We do not require your credit card details to create and publish your event.
However, when you sell tickets for your events, you will need to pay service charges to EventBookings; in that case, you may need to provide your card details.
Is there any free trial option ?
EventBookings is completely free to use, so you can always sign up and see if it’s right for you. You can create as many events as you like, and you won’t be charged until you start charging your attendees.
