Voice & Sound - Heal yourself through Voice

About This Event

Our voices are a reminder of our unique place in the world and the power we hold to shape our reality through the vibrations we emit. By harnessing the power of our voice, we can awaken our true potential, connect with the universe in a profound way and heal ourselves. 

Voice & Sound workshop offers a transformative experience by discovering the power of our voice, our unique vibration, all in a safe and supporting space.

We will sit in a circle with medicine songs to discover natural and harmonic singing, experiment with our voice and discover its beauty in every version, in acceptance and love, knowing that it is our unique gift, as special as we are. Overall, the use of singing and chanting as healing tools can provide a holistic approach to emotional and physical well-being, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. 

We will learn an interesting sound healing method from Chinese medicine - Six Healing Sounds, which will bring us vitality and health of our organs, and thus the excellent functioning of our body. We will also experience a healing session with the power of our voice.

A journey in sounds will take us to an unknown, inspiring world of colors and shapes, harmonize our hemispheres and unleash our creative potential, which we will use to create our spiritual voice activation painting.

The program includes: 

▪️ releasing the voice to the accompaniment of a 40-inch gong drum

▪️ spiritual painting activating our voice

▪️ 6 healing sounds

▪️ voice healing

▪️ chanting and toning

▪️ sound bath

▪️ sharing circle

What to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. A water bottle will also be useful to have it always at hand. Herbal tea and snacks will be provided. There will be lunch break included so bring a meal/snack for sharing if you wish. 

Admission:

Until the 14th of December, the price for early birds is £55. After this date, the price increases to £65
