Summer Solstice Reset Weekend | June 20–22, 2025 | Rhyl, North Wales
We warmly invite you to join us for a magical weekend in Wales — a nourishing space for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and realign body, mind, and spirit.
Let’s come together in an atmosphere of love, support, friendship, and deep relaxation — to pause, reset, and gather strength for the next chapter of our beautiful lives.
WHAT'S OFFERED:
• Daily morning movement sessions: gentle yoga and Qi Gong
• Soulful sound meditations and a unique all-night Gong Puja on Saturday held in a beautiful St Asaph Cathedral — a deeply transformative experience
• Evening bonfire circles with singing, drumming, and dancing
• Time to rest, breathe, and simply be, surrounded by nature and like-minded souls
• Sunbathing and swimming in the sea
• Sauna & chill
ACCOMODATION :
We’ll be staying in a cozy B&B in Rhyl, just a short walk from the beach.
On site, there will be a chance to use the sauna, gather by the fire in the evenings, enjoy a sound bath before bedtime, or begin the day with gentle yoga or Qi Gong at a nearby playground.
There are also some beautiful nature spots in the area, perfect for a little day trip.
WHEN:
Friday - arrival during the day to get settled and we all meet at 6pm for our Opening Ceremony Circle
Closing Circle on Sunday at 4pm
Optional: stay until Monday at 10am for an extra £25
INVESTMENT :
• £250 per person (shared room accommodation with bed)
• £190 per person (sleeping on your own mattress/sleeping bag in a shared space)
Prices include accommodation, breakfast, workshops, and entry to the Gong Puja.
DEPOSIT: A £50 deposit secures your spot.

Terms & Conditions – Summer Solstice Reset
1. Booking & Payment
Your place is secured upon full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Spaces are limited and non-transferable.
2. Refund Policy
– Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event (by June 6, 2025).
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled from a waiting list.
– In case of illness or emergency, please contact us — we’ll do our best to support you, but refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Event Cancellation
If we are required to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issues, severe weather), you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for other costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).
4. Health & Wellbeing
Please let us know in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, or mental health needs that might require additional support. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
5. Workshops & Gong Puja
Participation in all workshops and the overnight Gong Puja is entirely voluntary. You are free to rest, take breaks or opt out of any part of the programme.
6. Accommodation & Food
The retreat includes shared accommodation and vegetarian breakfast. You are responsible for your own lunch and dinner. A list of local options will be provided.
7. Substance-Free Policy
This is a strictly alcohol-free and substance-free event. The accommodation and all shared spaces are to remain free from alcohol and any recreational substances throughout the weekend.
8. Respectful Space
This is a community event grounded in care and mutual respect. We ask all participants to help co-create a supportive, inclusive and nurturing space.
9. Age Requirement
This event is for adults aged 18 and over.
