All attendees other than those in a procession to be seated by 13:40 latest.

First procession at 13:45.

Provincial Grand Lodge to be opened at 14:00.

DINNER:

Dinner at 17:30.
£65.00 per head including 1/3 bottle of wine with the meal.

Non vegan:

Prawn and crushed avocado, tumeric and chilli dressing;

Roast marinated chicken in Mediterranean flavours, sweet potato mash, tender stem, Chantenay carrots and roast beetroot OR
Haddock and mozzarella fishcake with a tomato and chilli concasse;

Cranberry and blueberry and crème de cassis summer pudding.

Vegan:

Beetroot, roast aubergine, sundried tomato and sunflower seed salad with honey and raspberry dressing;

Orzo with semi-dried tomato, peppers, spinach and sweet potato;
