The organisation is a London (UK) based masonic unit operating under the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons. The Provincial Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of London is the largest of the 41 Provinces and 27 Districts under the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons. It is responsible for managing and leading Mark Masonry within the London area. The Province currently has 107 Mark units (individual lodges).
