Introduction to the Autisms & Facilitation – 2-Day Course
Join the Neurodiversity Centre’s team for an engaging and transformative two-day learning
experience designed to deepen understanding, build confidence, and empower meaningful support.
This course is valuable for teachers, educators, parents, facilitators, and professionals working with or
supporting neurodivergent individuals. Together, we explore diverse neurodivergent presentations,
with a focused lens on the autisms and ADHD.
Across the two days, we will:
• Strengthen understanding of neurotypes
• Explore early identification and presenting traits
• Build practical strategies for support at home and in schools
• Clarify pathways for intervention and accommodation
• Translate evidence-based knowledge into everyday practice
Grounded in current research this course aims to foster insight, empathy, and practical competence.
Because understanding neurodiversity is not just about knowledge ,
it is about creating environments where individuals can truly thrive.
