Q: Is there a recording if I can't attend live?
A: Yes, recordings of the main sessions (excluding breakout sessions) are available for 60 days after the event. If you are registered, you will also receive a post-event summary. Unfortunately, we can't issue a certificate of participation for those who do not attend the full 2 days.
Q: Can my team register together?
A: Yes. Group bookings are welcome - see pricing after clicking Register or inquire for special group discount at hello@izabellegrenon.com
Q: How can I find out what time the event start in my region?
A: The program of the event, which you can download below in PDF, includes start time in various timezones for your convenience.
Q: What if I am not fluent in English? Is there any language support?
A: Yes, rest assured we can support you with auto-caption translation in 35 languages, and a dedicated technician can assist you with the set up. In addition, our mulitilingual facilitators are available to assist you upon request.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: A 80% refund is available upon request until March 29, and a partial 50% refund until April 10 (15 days before event starts.) Please contact us at the email below if you would like to discuss a refund for unforeseen circumstances.
