Better & Best Consulting is a professional development and leadership training provider registered in Mauritius and founded in 2023 by Dr. Izabelle Grenon.

The organization offers tailored continuing professional development programs in areas such as public speaking, financial planning, and digital literacy, as well as international leadership events designed to support professionals working across cultures and borders.

In 2026, two sector-specific leadership experiences will be offered:

• Global Leadership in Focus – Tech Industry (April)
• Global Leadership in Focus – Travel, Leisure, Hospitality & Food Services (October)

From 2027, the program will expand to additional industries to further support professionals working in international and multicultural environments.

These programs are designed to strengthen cross-cultural leadership capacity, facilitate communication across professional cultures, and support effective collaboration in global teams.

Dr. Grenon is an intercultural specialist and former Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo, with over 20 years of research experience in cross-cultural linguistics and collaboration. She now works independently to make research-informed cultural insights practical and applicable across sectors, from multicultural education initiatives to international leadership development.
