A 9-Week Chakradance™ Kids Wellbeing Program for 7-12 Year Olds

Step into a world of myth, movement, and magic! In this 9-week Chakradance™ Kids course – The Naga’s Curse, your child will embark on an epic adventure through storytelling, music, expressive movement, and creative art. Designed for primary-aged children, this unique program helps kids unlock their inner strength and balance, build confidence and self-awareness, and develop emotional regulation and resilience in a fun and immersive way.

Each session is a play-based journey infused with ancient wisdom and healing traditions. Using music tuned to the chakras (energy centres of the body), children dance, create, and explore emotions and themes related to their life in a way that feels like a thrilling quest rather than a lesson.
