🌈 Koko & the Chakra Tree – A Trial Chakradance™ Kids Workshop 🌈

We invite your child on an enchanting adventure with Koko & the Chakra Tree – playful and immersive free Chakradance™ Kids session. We didn't have enough kids to run the age 3-6 session on its own but we're joining both age groups together this Thursday for the trial. If we have numbers to run the 9-week program, the age 3-6 one will still run on Mondays and age 7-12 will run on Thursdays. 

🌳 The Story:

Join Koko as he embarks on a magical quest to save the Chakra Tree. Along the way, your child will explore movement, music, and mandala-art, engaging all seven chakras in a journey of self-expression, imagination, and adventure.

🎶 Dance & movement with music attuned to the chakras

🎨 Mandala-art to spark creativity and expression

🧘 Mindfulness & breathwork for calm and balance

This special session is a fun and engaging introduction to Chakradance™ Kids classes, designed in a similar format as our 9-week well-being program, where each chakra is explored in-depth in its own dedicated lesson.
