The American States Assemblies' Family Reunion is the brainchild of Michelle Ford (The California Assembly) and Lisa Schaffer (The Ohio Assembly). The purpose of this annual event is to gather State Nationals from all over the 50 States to meet, share and educate each other. Together we are stronger and form strong bonds between our respective States. The second family reunion takes us to the International Peace Memorial and the site of the last real American War-the War of 1812 on Put-In-Bay, Ohio. Put-In-Bay is described as the Key West of the Mid West. Located on an Island on Lake Erie, early planning and reservations are a must! Set your calendars for another great event for State Nationals! We will be trying to have a mix of local sightseeing, education and evening entertainment. The schedule is yet to be developed!
