INTROSPECTION was created by mother-daughter duo Jeni and Sharnee Rose, bringing together years of experience working with people through Kinesiology, Breathwork, Sound Therapy and Nervous System Regulation. Jeni is a travelling Kinesiologist, Sound Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator, while Sharnee is a Kinesiologist and Breathwork Facilitator. Through years of working one-on-one with people, they began noticing the same thing again and again — so many of us move through life responding to our bodies without ever really understanding what they're trying to tell us. INTROSPECTION grew from a desire to take what they had witnessed, learned and experienced beyond the walls of a 1:1 clinic space. Together, they've created an experience that combines education with practical tools and embodied experiences, giving people the opportunity to become curious about their own patterns, understand their nervous system and experience what regulation can actually feel like in their own body. Now they're taking INTROSPECTION on the road, bringing the experience to communities around Australia. Because understanding yourself shouldn't only happen behind the doors of a clinic room.
