Let’s enjoy our splendid dry season weather doing yoga on the deck surrounded by nature!
These sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities. A steady-paced class with plenty of instruction postures are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers, with a nice long relaxation to finish.
Enjoy a cup of Chai (included) and conversation after class in the tropical surrounds of the Eat Troppo café.
