Baby Give Back

Carly Fradgley is the Founder and CEO of Baby Give Back, a leading Queensland charity with a mission to give children an equal start in life by providing material basics (like clothing and nappies) to vulnerable families. 

Carly had a successful career as a lawyer prior to starting Baby Give Back in her garage in late 2016. Now considered a leading charity in its sector, Baby Give Back has supported over 43,000 children.

Carly now leads a passionate team of staff and volunteers, who together are motivated to change the trajectory for local children living in poverty, while ensuring that vulnerable families feel safe,  connected and socially included with judgement-free and practical support.

The Lady Musgrave Trust

Victoria is the CEO of The Lady Musgrave Trust.

Before joining The Lady Musgrave Trust, Victoria managed her own consultancy focused on social impact and community engagement, specialising in clients related to community, family, and housing.

Her diverse background also includes founding and selling two successful businesses and working across various sectors, from mining to fashion.

Victoria’s work has garnered national recognition, earning her multiple awards for her contributions.
