Wembley Primary School Twilight Fete 2025

About This Event

Ride Wristbands are now available for purchase with family discounts available for 2 or 3 wristbands. Wristbands provide unlimited entry on Bumper Cars (ages 4+), Sugar Rush Obstacle Course (ages 3+), Fire Rescue Challenge (ages 3+), Wipeout (ages 5+) and Chair-O-Plane (up to 12yo). 

Cash Cards - The fete will be cashless, with cashcards ranging from $10, $20 and $30 available to purchase and used for all Wembley Class Stalls (see website for full listing). However, cash cards will not be accepted at External Food Vendors and Market Stall Holders (Cash and EFT available on these stalls).

• Earlybird 1 - 15% discount for purchases made between weeks 1-3 of term 4 (6th - 26th Oct 25)

• Earlybird 2 - 10% discount for purchases made between weeks 4-6 of term 4 (27th - 16th Nov 25)

• Full price - week 7 of term 4 - FETE week (17th - 21st Nov 25)

PURCHASING ON THE DAY - Credit Card and EFTPOS facilities will be available from the Ticket Booth on the day to purchase single rides and food & drink tokens. Ride Wristbands and Cash Cards will also be available to purchase on the day.

Wembley PS families - your wristbands and/or cash cards will be delivered to your eldest child on the week of the Fete.

Non-Wembley PS attendees - your wristbands and /or cash cards will be available at the Ticket Booth for collection on the day of the fete.

T&Cs - Cash Cards are non-refundable and valid only on day of the Fete. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced.
