About This Event
Enjoy meaningful time together, keep the brain active, and build practical ideas you can use at home. CST, or Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, is a structured, evidence-based activity programme for people living with dementia. It supports thinking, conversation, confidence, and wellbeing in a safe and enjoyable space.
This programme is for people living with dementia and their care partners. It offers a chance to try new, fun activities together while staying mentally active. The programme runs over 7 weeks, with a one-week break in between, and sessions will take place once or twice a week depending on your choice.
During the meetings, you can expect laughter, good conversations, and games you can use at home for everyday enjoyment or moments of boredom or distress. Activities may include movement-based games, word games, quizzes, music, conversation, creative activities, and more.
Together, we will explore what works well and build a personalised toolkit of ideas you can return to whenever you need them most. This is a safe and supportive space to discover what feels helpful and enjoyable.
Places are limited, so make sure to book your place today!
