The Unleashed You!!

About This Event

This event is for you to release subconscious and conscious blockages in success and business, and to express your truth through this process

This event will be in nature to keep us grounded and connected to mother Gaia, throughout the process

We will be starting the session off by talking about sacred geometric shapes and shielding. 

We then will drop into a deep meditative state, with the assistance of some amazing sound healing by our beautiful Lara Kais, where I will take you on a guided journey to find and knock out these blockages. Within this process we will be immersing in a hypnotic journey taking you into a deep medatative state, alongside reiki, intuitive movement, and energetic healing. Within this space I often see sacred geometric shapes or messages for people, so when these present themselves I will be placing this over you and helping each of you to shield as you come out of this state and going forward. 

As we come back to the room we will be moving into a blindfolded art journey (if you prefer to remove the blindfold and express that way, this is fine too). The blindfold removes the judgement and allows a space for you to create whatever comes through for you following the session. 

To close this space we will be having some cacao to nourish ourselves and doing some connection exercises.

In the weeks following this event, you will be gifted a piece of art created by our very own Casey Hill that is personalised to the shield, message and sacred geometric shape that comes through for you, so you can hang this up and use it as a visualisation to create your shield regularly.  

Event time: 8am-12pm (may go a bit longer - as we will honour each persons expression in this space)

What to bring:

- A mat 

- A blanket (optional)

- Water

- A journal and pen 

- Extra snacks 

We will provide morning tea so please provide us with any dietary requirements you have
