YOMP Abseil Challenge
2025 see’s something new and exciting joining the YOMP lineup.
The Podgill Plunge is a thrilling, 25 meter abseil from one of the area’s most iconic structures, Podgill Viaduct.
As charity events go this one is pretty special, providing a truly unique challenge that will thrill and exhilarate in equal measures!
Lyon Equipment and Bell Access and Engineering are looking after the technical side ensuring that this will be a truly memorable experience.
Participants must be 18+ and physically able to take part.
Book your timeslot now, there will be 6 'plunges' every 15 minutes so line up a friend and go together.
Please arrive at Podgill Viaduct 30 mins prior to your booking time.
There is refreshments, food and live music at Basecamp at The Engine Shed all day.
All money raised will be donated to local charities and good causes.
