This September you are invited to come and sit alongside others walking your path - to share, learn, laugh and lighten the load of leadership.

Lonely at the top? It doesn't have to be.

Kicking off this September, The Leadership Room is coming to B:HIVE - a three-part, closed-cohort mini-series, exclusively for founders, business owners and primary leaders. Hosted by Louisa Dellabarca, team performance specialist, executive coach and founder of In The Room.

Designed for peer support, candid conversation and fresh thinking, you'll get under the skin of the real challenges of leadership - including the tricky, often avoided territory of human dynamics and tension - while exploring what makes teams perform at their best and how to unlock the collective intelligence already around you.

Expect real conversation, trusted peers, shared experience and practical tools - with the time and space to build connections that go beyond the surface and last into the future.

Who is it for?

Founders, business owners and primary leaders - the people ultimately responsible for the direction, performance and success of their organisation.

What is its main purpose?

To create the kind of trusted peer group and think tank most leaders don't have - a place to face head-on the challenges that uniquely sit on the shoulders of those at the top. To talk candidly about the realities and responsibilities of leadership, get honest perspectives and practical advice.

Can I just drop in?

No, this is a closed cohort 3-part series rather than a drop-in event. By booking your place, you're committing, as far as possible, to attend all three sessions so that we can build the trust, confidentiality, continuity and depth that make the experience valuable and safe.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes! Places are limited to 15 leaders, so booking is essential.
