About This Event

Get Ready for a night to remember as Southeast Presentation Events hosts Presentation Ball 8 on Friday 7th June 2024.

The front doors to the venue will not open before 6:15 pm, if you arrive early you will not be able to enter the venue under any circumstances until our Security team arrives.

Our event will start at 6:30 pm sharp and conclude at 11:30 pm, We ask our guests to arrive on time to avoid missing our Participants being presented.

The night will include our Participants making their Debut and being presented to family & friends, followed by showcasing various traditional & modern dances they have been learning from our professional dance instructors over the past 8 weeks.

Tickets will close on Sunday 26th May 2024 and can not be purchased after the closure date.

Guest ticket Pricing -

Adults - $130 - 18 years & Over 

3 -course Meal - Beer & Wine & Champagne & Soft Drink & Tea & Coffee

Students - $105 - 17years & Under

3-course Meal - Soft Drink & Tea & Coffee

Children - $75 - 12years & Under

3-course Meal - Soft Drink 

Each Participant's Family is to book their Guest Tickets in 1 Transaction.

When booking tickets - We require Full guest names along with any dietary requirements & wheelchair or pram access. If you are booking more than 12 tickets please write Table 1 or Table 2 so we know where to seat your guests. Please be reminded that we will not allow any students or Children to be seated at a table unsupervised without a Parent/Guardian.

Guests who will require Wheelchair & Pram access will need to park in the Disabled section, this is located to the right as you drive into the venue and you will enter via the back entrance. 

Our Tables seat 10-12 guests. If you dont purchase a Table of 10 guests we can't guarantee that you will be all seated together if it's a sold-out event. We endeavor to keep all our families together however, if our event is at capacity and we need to seat guests we will fill all tables with a max of 12 guests so all guests can attend.

Each Guest must purchase a ticket to attend this event, we have no limits on guest tickets purchased as our venue seats 600 guests.

Dress Code - Formal Attire - NO DENIM OR SNEAKERS PERMITTED

All Guest Tickets purchased are Not Refundable or non-transferable under any circumstances.
