About This Event
As you may know, we've launched an urgent National fundraising appeal to Save Our Park. The
recent bushfires, floods, COVID-19 and cost-of-living pressures have dramatically
impacted the park and reduced revenue.
Without urgent funding, the park and wildlife rescue and rehabilitation facility may have to close.
After 52 years of rescuing and caring for marine wildlife on the NSW Coast, this would be a
devastating loss for the animals and the community.
All money raised will help us continue
giving the animals essential care and support the vital wildlife rescue and rehabilitation service.
The parkalready holds the world record for successfully breeding endangered Australian sea lions. Little Miki
has just turned one, and Hugo is a loveable four-year-old. Both were born at the park as part of the
Australasian Species Management Program, which ensures endangered animals survival.
The rescue and rehab service has cared for thousands of animals, including seabirds,
sea turtles, dolphins and seals.
Weve trained thousands of students hoping to make a difference in marine conservation, including
work experience, TAFE Animal Studies and University Vet Placements, after-school programs, school excursions and volunteer animal workshops.
Bring your family and friends to our Fun Raiser, join in the fun, and show your support. Book your tickets today.
