Sacred Embers: A Women’s Fire & Sound Journey - Talladega, Alabama

As the leaves turn and the air shifts into autumn, join us for an evening of renewal and release.
Sacred Embers is a women’s circle woven with cacao, drumming, fire ritual, and sound healing—a sacred gathering designed to bring you home to yourself.

Together we’ll sip cacao, a gentle heart-opener that softens and grounds us into connection. You’ll be guided into expressive drumming and vocal toning, somatic movement and tapping into the ancient rhythms that awaken your body’s wisdom. Around the fire, you’ll be invited to release what no longer serves and honor the “harvest” of your year. We’ll close with a restorative sound bath—crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wrapping you in resonance to integrate your experience and bring you to stillness.

This evening is a celebration of feminine resilience, community, and the cycles of nature. A chance to let go, to remember, and to rekindle your inner flame.

We begin 6:30–8:30 pm
🎟️ What to Bring: A blanket, pillow, journal, and anything written you wish to release into the fire.
