As the Fall Equinox brings balance between light and dark, this session invites creatives to pause, release stress, and restore. In collaboration with Capital Art, APA, and SoundEmbrace, this Sound Bath offers a seasonal reset—using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to soften the nervous system, ease tension, and open space for clarity and inspiration.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow, and give yourself this moment of renewal. Step into the season with greater ease, resilience, and fresh creative energy.

What to bring?
- Yoga MatÂ
- Water
- And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
- Journal and pen
