Event Description: 'Rangiora Classic" Grass Track Racing at Rangiora

End March with a day full of excitement, entertainment, and family-friendly fun at the Rangiora Harness Racing Club! Join us for one of our biggest meetings of the year and our last grass track meeting for this season.

Event Highlights:

• Thrilling Harness Racing: Experience the excitement of live racing action on the grass track, featuring our '$40,000 Rangiora Classic'.

• Delicious Food and Refreshments: Enjoy a variety of food and beverage options to satisfy every appetite.

When: Sunday March 29th, 2026
Where: Rangiora Harness Racing Club
First Race:  Approximately 12.00pm (to be confirmed)
Time: Gates open at 10am  

There are two choices of sites available:

1) Lehmans Road Carpark - in the carpark along the front fence.  Entrance is off Lehmans Road only. 

2) Amberley Hill - premium sites on the raised area to the East of the birdcage.  Entrance is off West Belt only.

Sites are limited - so be in quick!  Sites are allocated on a 'first-in first-served' basis.  You will be advised of your site prior to the raceday.  You can BYO your own food and refreshments.

Once booked, your site is guaranteed just for you. Sites are approximately 6m x 5m - large enough to accommodate your friends and family.  You will also receive two FREE racebooks for your site.  Bring your gazebo and picnic!
