Guided Breathwork Journey with Electronic Music & Aroma

The event takes place in English at THE COVER CLUB at the Max Brown Hotel in Vienna.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® combines conscious connected breathing with carefully curated electronic music and therapeutic-grade essential oils to create an intense and transformative experience. Through the combination of breath, aroma, and sound, a space opens that can guide you out of the thinking mind and deeper into your body, nervous system, and awareness.

The breath can influence different brainwave states and support deep relaxation, meditation, and expanded states of consciousness. At the same time, neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and anandamide are activated — all associated with feelings of clarity, connection, euphoria, and inner spaciousness. Many participants leave the session feeling more present, focused, emotionally lighter, and deeply grounded.

No previous experience is needed. You will be guided step by step throughout the entire journey and can fully surrender to the experience.

Preparation
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an extra layer to stay warm, as body temperature can fluctuate during the session. Avoid heavy meals approximately 1.5 hours before the experience. For morning sessions, water or herbal tea is recommended instead of coffee.

Contraindications
This breathwork practice is not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, clinical anxiety disorders or psychosis, recent surgeries or upper-body injuries, elevated eye pressure, or retinal conditions.
