About PANDA: PANDA – Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia – supports the mental health and wellbeing of parents and families during pregnancy and throughout the first year of parenthood. PANDA operates Australia’s only National Perinatal Mental Health Helpline, offering counselling, information and guidance for individuals, families, support people and health care providers.
Their phone and online services are grounded in evidence‑informed mental health practice and enriched by the lived experiences of parents who have navigated perinatal challenges. PANDA recognises that becoming a parent is a significant life transition that can shape identity, relationships and family dynamics.
Their free services play a vital role in supporting new and expecting parents, particularly those who face barriers accessing mainstream care. PANDA’s vision is a world where perinatal mental health is understood, valued and supported.
No experience required! This is a fun, social, paint step by step paint & drink class where you will create a panda artwork while raising money for such an incredible organisation.
