Through a relaxing SoundEmbrace® sound bath experience, we'll explore gratitude, reflection, and the simple practice of being present.

An opportunity to rest, appreciate how far you've come, and remember that even in seasons of change, there is something worth celebrating.

What to bring?

Please bring anything that supports you laying comfortably on the floor, including a yoga mat, blanket, pillow.
