An exclusive culinary collaboration where Slovenian innovation meets Mexican soul.
Join Chef Brina (Brinavkuhni) and the Patrón Tacos & Bar team for an intimate five-course tasting menu, each dish paired with a curated tequila or mezcal.
A dialogue between fire and smoke, earth and agave — a story told through flavor, craftsmanship, and culture.

Menu Preview & Pairings

1. Tequila Blanco Pairing
Ceviche with hay milk, pumpkin, kale, lime & herbs
Bright, acidic, and creamy elements balanced with the crisp purity of tequila blanco.

2. Tequila Pairing
Cauliflower steak with polenta, orange burnt butter & carrot
Warm, nutty, and citrus notes bringing depth and comfort, complemented by tequila’s brightness.

3. Mezcal Pairing
Grilled octopus with corn sauce, tart cherry, coriander oil & pork cracklings
Smoky, salty, fruity, and umami layers in perfect harmony with mezcal’s complexity.

4. Mezcal Pairing
Taco with pulled pork, agave syrup, fermented pineapple, shallots & herbs
Rich, slow-cooked sweetness and acidity accentuated by mezcal’s layered character.

5. Dessert Cocktail
Persimmon sorbet, cherry sauce with agave syrup & crispy tortilla flakes
A bright, sweet, and tangy finale echoing agave’s lingering warmth.

Each seating is limited to 15–18 guests and lasts ~90 minutes.
