About This Event
Special Invitation: March Research Participant Sessions
During the month of March, every Relax in Sound™ session will serve as part of a university-supported evaluation examining stress and pain outcomes.
By participating, you are not only receiving a professionally facilitated session — you are contributing to the ongoing development of the SoundEmbrace Method and helping strengthen how sound-based interventions are trained, measured, and delivered.
Your participation will:
• Help inform curriculum updates within the SoundEmbrace Certification Program
• Support practitioner training rooted in measurable outcomes
• Contribute to advancing responsible, evidence-informed sound facilitation
• Strengthen opportunities for integrative wellness within communities
This is an opportunity to experience the session while also helping shape the future of how this work is understood and practiced.
Minimum goal is 100 participants over the month of March.
Every session in March will be the Relax in Sound™ protocol.
Relax in Sound
A SoundEmbrace Signature Session for Nervous System Reset
Relax in Sound™ is the SoundEmbrace signature protocol designed specifically to support stress reduction and pain relief through intentional nervous system regulation.
This is not simply a sound bath.
It is a strategically facilitated acoustic immersion rooted in mindfulness-based stress practices and guided relaxation response principles.
Throughout the session, you will be gently led into deeper states of parasympathetic activation, the body’s natural restoration mode, using acoustic sound therapy instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum.
Doors open at 9:45am for pre session survey
No entry past 10:00am
