Free Activity - Mindfulness, Laughter, and Wellbeing
This workshop is a unique journey crafted for teenagers aged 14-18, blending mindfulness, laughter, and holistic well-being.
It introduces participants to the transformative power of focused attention, leading them through exercises that ground them in the present moment.
Laughter takes centre stage as teenagers participate in joyous activities, unveiling the therapeutic wonders of shared giggles and chuckles. Emotional exploration is also woven into the mix, with playful games that foster emotional intelligence and recognition.
The session ends with creative reflection, allowing teenagers to articulate their experiences, insights and emerge with a toolkit of mindfulness practices, a refreshed appreciation for laughter's wellness benefits, and a deeper connection to their emotions.
Please bring hat, water and a healthy snack!
You will come away from this three-hour session feeling invigorated.
