About This Event

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 International Society for Biophysics and Imaging of the Skin Technical Meeting to be held in the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai and in Park Hotel Shanghai, Shanghai, China.

Park Hotel Shanghai is an Art Deco hotel on Nanjing Road West, Shanghai, China. It was the tallest building in Asia, designed by Hungarian-Slovakian architect Laszlo Hudec, from its completion in 1934 to 1958.

Registration fees with early registration and student discount*

ISBS Member:      1050.00 USD (include registration, conference meals, and the GALA diner event ticket)   

Non-Member:       1300.00 USD (include registration, conference meals, and the GALA diner event ticket)   

Student**:               450.00 USD (include registration, conference meals, and the GALA diner event ticket) (**Student discount applied if you register on or before June 30^th, 2025, you will receive a discount coupon for registration. Student I.D REQUIRED - In order to receive your coupon, you need to submit a valid Student I.D. and an official letter from your school to proof of your student status to ISBSShanghai@gmail.com. Once your student status is confirmed, a registration coupon will be sent to you to proceed your registration.

Guest/Spouse:       450.00 USD per person and registered on or before July 31^st, 2025 (include welcpme reception and GALA diner event ticket)

Private tour:           550.00 USD per person. A one day private Shanghai city tour to explore the Bond, Yu Garden, temples, historic streets, overlooking views of the city, and selected cuisines for a lunch and a dinner. If you are interests in the tour, please reserve your seat before or on July 31^st, 2025.

*Early Registration Discount:

• If you register on or before June 30^th, 2025, you will receive a step-wise discounts.
• The discounted registration fees are ranged step-wise for ISBS members from 700.00 USD by May 31^st, 2025, and 900.00 USD by June 30^th, 2025.
• The discounted registration fees are ranged step-wise for non-members from 1000.00 USD by May 31^st, 2025, and 1100.00 USD by June 30^th, 2025.

Abstract submission

The abstract submission deadline for podium and poster presentations are on the July 31^st, 2025. Please refer and download the abstract submission form template at the bottom of this page as a guideline for your abstract submission.

The requirements for the abstract and presentation are as the followings:

• Presenting author and affiliations
• Authors and affiliations
• Abstract title
• Abstract, including background, objective, methods, and results (Please be advise that the abstract has a 400-word limit for the abstract main body. The abstract should not contain figures, tables, or diagrams.)
• Contact information for coordinating author
• Podium or poster presentation preference
• Podium presentation time is limited to 12 to 15 minutes except the invited keynote speakers or otherwise specified.  
• The poster size is required in 90cm x 120cm in portrait format. The authors need to prepare and print the poster in advance and bring it to the meeting. The meeting organizer dose not have responsible for the printing.

Exhibitor
