Hive Inflatables Fun Days - Mackay - December 2024

About This Event

Hey Everyone,

Come join the indoor fun at the Mackay PCYC on Tuesday the 17th and Wednesday the 18th of December 2024.

Hive Inflatables are running sessions again which are all about fun active play on our inflatable playground.

To get into the Christmas spirit we will have a lucky door prize at each session.

We will also have a prize for the Best Christmas Shirt/Outfit (child) at each session. Please remember that anything sharp (bobby pins, safety pins etc) are not allowed on or around our inflatables. We also ask for no glitter or coloured hair spray as it will stain our inflatables. For full details on the prizes please see our Mackay Facebook Event.

We will be running the following sessions:

Tuesday 17/12/24

Toddler Town Session 1

18 months - 5 Years Old ONLY ($15 per child)

9:00am - 10:15am (75 minutes)

This session consists of self guided open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables and soft play corner with no structured games. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session.

Tuesday 17/12/24

Inflatable Play Session 1

2 Years - 12 Years Old ONLY ($15 per child)

3:15 pm - 4:35pm (80 minutes)

This session includes a combination of open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with some structured games and challenges that help keep the children engaged and active throughout the 80 minute session. This session is ideal for families with an array of children across the age group.  We have a designated inflatable castle and slide for  under 6 years old to enjoy as well as all the other inflatables they can go on. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session. The first 5 Minutes of this session is going over our rules with the children and then they have 75 minutes of play time.

Wednesday 18/12/24

Toddler Town Session 2

18 months - 5 Years Old ONLY ($15 per child)

9:00am - 10:15am (75 minutes)

This session consists of self guided open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables and soft play corner with no structured games. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session.

Wednesday 18/12/24

Under 8’s Session

2 Years - 8 Years Old ONLY ($15 per child)

10:30am - 11:50am (80 minutes)

This session includes a combination of open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with an optional structured game for those children who wish to join in. We have a designated inflatable castle and slide for  under 5 years old to enjoy as well as all the other inflatables they can go on.  We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session.The first 5 Minutes of this session is going over our rules with the children and then they have 75 minutes of play time.

Wednesday 18/12/24

Inflatable Play Session 2

2 Years - 12 Years Old ONLY

12:15 pm - 1:35 pm (80 Minutes)

This session includes a combination of open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with some structured games and challenges that help keep the children engaged and active throughout the 80 minute session. This session is ideal for families with an array of children across the age group.  We have a designated inflatable castle and slide for  under 6 years old to enjoy as well as all the other inflatables they can go on. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session.The first 5 Minutes of this session is going over our rules with the children and then they have 75 minutes of play time. 

Walk-ins are welcome if the event IS NOT SOLD OUT in which cash or card payments can be made at the session.

Once a session is sold out, No Walk-ins will be available. Book Now so you don't miss out.

Parent/ Guardian Please Read 

-The supervising parents/ guardians do not require a ticket. One ticket is required Per Child to attend the session.

-Children are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event.

-The supervising Adult (Parent/Guardian) must be over the age of 16 Years old.

-Hive Inflatables have trained and qualified staff constantly monitoring the inflatables during the session. However, it is the parent/s or guardian/s responsibility to supervise and monitor their child/children's behaviour and actions while playing on and around our inflatables throughout the session. It is up to the parent/s or guardian/s to make sure their child stays safely at the event during the session's time.

-We recommend bringing a water bottle for your child. No other food or drinks are to be brought into the event please. If you wish to bring a coffee or drink for yourself (Parent/ Guardian) then that is okay to do so. 

-We do ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session begins, otherwise you will be asked to wait outside until it is time to check in. 

-We ask that you “Like” and “Follow” our Hive Inflatables Facebook page and select the Mackay Event, click on either “Going” or “Interested” to keep up to date with any post updates and ticket availability for each session. 

Disclaimers

• Please note that there is a booking fee that will be added onto the ticket price.

• If you have purchased a ticket and are no longer able to attend, the ticket/s may be resold, however Hive Inflatable does not take any responsibility for any resale of tickets

• Our Refund Policy is as follows; Tickets are refundable for up to 3 days before the event. Bookings fee is non-refundable.

• This event may be Photographed and Filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child photographed, please advise us upon entry to the session you are attending.
