About This Event

Hey Everyone

Hive Inflatables will be back in Emerald these school holidays.

 Who's ready to Jump, Climb and Slide their way around our Inflatables Obstacle Course. There will also be a corner set up with soft play where your child can stack/build to their imaginations content.We offer a variety of sessions catering to different age groups starting at 18 months up to 10 years old.

We will be running the following sessions:

Please Note that there is to be NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED in the church with the exception of water. Please bring a water bottle for your children.

Echidna - 18 Months To 4 Years Old ($14.50 per child)

9:00am - 10:00am (60 minutes)

This session consists of self guided open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with no structured games. Your child can also enjoy the Soft play corner where they can build to their imaginations content  We require the parent/carer to remain on the court with their child/children throughout the session and accompany them as they go through the obstacles.

CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC 

10:05am Until 12:00pm

We will have Vacation Care Sessions with Private OSHC Services In these times and for safety reasons for us and our OSHC Services, we can not have anyone from the public in the Building within these times. Please respect our times for session checkins which commences 5-10 minutes before your session time starts. Please wait outside, do not enter the building until a Hive Inflatables staff member has commenced check-ins. Please keep the doorway free of obstructions.

Kookaburra - 2 Years To 7 Years Old ($14.50 Per Child)

12:10pm - 1:10pm (60 Minute Session)

This session is for 2 years to 7 years old to enjoy self guided open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with no structured games. Your child can also enjoy the Soft play corner where they can build to their imaginations content. For ages  years and under we require the parent/carer to remain on the court with their child/children throughout the session and accompany them as they go through the obstacles. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session. The first 5 Minutes of this session is going over our rules with the children and then they have 55 minutes of play time.

Emu - 2 Years To 10 Years Old ($14.50 Per Child)

1:30pm - 2:30pm (60 Minute Session)

This session is for 2 years to 10 years old to enjoy self guided open play on our range of Interactive Inflatables with no structured games. This session is ideal for families with an array of children across the age group. Your child can also enjoy the Soft play corner where they can build to their imaginations content. For ages 4 years and under we require the parent/carer to remain on the court with their child/children throughout the session and accompany them as they go through the obstacles. We actively encourage the parent/guardian to interact with the child/children during the session. The first 5 Minutes of this session is going over our rules with the children and then they have 55 minutes of play time.

Bookings are Essential to secure your spot or you may risk missing out. 

Walk-ins are welcome if the session IS NOT SOLD OUT in which cash or card payments can be made at the session.

Once a session is sold out, No Walk-ins will be available. We do post session availability in the Facebook event before the day of the event.

Parent/ Guardian Please Read 

-We require you to arrive  5 - 10 Minutes before your session starts to allow time for check-ins and getting seated and ready to start your session. Checkins Commence 5-10 minutes before the session) Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your session otherwise you will be required to wait outside until check-ins commence. Anyone who arrives after the safety and rules talk (start of session) will be required to hear the safety and rules before play starts. 

-To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety and comfort for all participants, we require that any child who is not fully toilet trained must wear a nappy while using our inflatables. This measure helps prevent accidents and allows us to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all guests. The assistance of the parent/carer will be required to clean any accidents that do occur. 

-The supervising Parent/ Carer do not require a ticket. One ticket is required Per Child to attend the session.

-Children are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event. It is up to the parent/carer to proactively supervise their child/ren throughout the duration of the session.

- The first 5 minutes of each session our staff will go over all of the safety rules with the children. Please make sure your child/children are following our Inflatables rules throughout the session.

-We ask that adults do not sit on any inflatables as it may lead to obstructions and pose a safety risk. We also ask that Adults do not sit or stand on any of our Soft Play. Our Soft Play is designed with the weight and size limitations of children in mind, and adults sitting or standing on them can cause damage to the equipment.

- All of our Inflatables are suitable for adults to assist their children. However our Inflatables do not allow wheelchair or walking assists access onto them.

-No sharp objects can be taken onto our inflatables at any time.

- No Face Paint, Silly String, Makeup, Hair Colour Spray / Glitter or Body Glitter is NOT ALLOWED on or near our Inflatables as it will stain them.

- Please make sure your child is not wearing any jewellery as it can cause damage to our inflatables and or the jewellery gets broken and lost.

-The supervising Adult (Parent/Carer) must be over the age of 16 Years old.

-Hive Inflatables have trained and qualified staff constantly monitoring the inflatables during the session. However, it is the parent/s or guardian/s responsibility to supervise and monitor their child/children's behaviour and actions while playing on and around our inflatables throughout the session. It is up to the parent/s or guardian/s to make sure their child stays safely at the event during the session's time.

Please NO FOOD OR DRINKS is to be brought in or consumed in the Church hall where our event is. Please bring a leak proof water bottle for your child but it must be consumed outside of the church. This is a part of our Hire Agreement. Otherwise you will be asked to consume it before entering or asked to leave it outside. 

-We ask that you “Like” and “Follow” our Hive Inflatables Facebook page and select the current Emerald Event, click on either “Going” or “Interested” to keep up to date with any updates on the event and ticket availability for each session. 

Disclaimers

• Please note that there is a booking fee that will be added onto the ticket price. 

• If you have purchased a ticket and are no longer able to attend, you can onsell the ticket/s, however Hive Inflatable does not take any responsibility for any resale of tickets.

• Our Refund Policy is as follows; Tickets are refundable for up to 3 days before the event. Bookings fee is non-refundable.

• This event may be Photographed and Filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child photographed, please advise us upon entry to the session you are attending.
