Ronni's Restaurant cordially invites you to savour an evening of delicious dishes, prepared by a distinguished Chef in collaboration with Lange Estate.

Philippa Sibley, a seasoned Melbourne chef with over 30 years of experience, has left her mark on some of the city's notable establishments, including three of her own. While she's well-known for her delectable desserts, Philippa's an all-rounder in the kitchen.

Considering herself a local at heart, thanks to her family's long-standing presence in Wonthaggi, Philippa has partnered with the dedicated team at Ronni's for an evening dedicated to enjoying good food, wine, and company.

On the 24th, join us for a thoughtfully curated menu, highlighting the best of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Each course will be paired with Lange Estate wine, thoughtfully selected by Greg Tabener, to complement the flavors. Get ready for a fresh take on some beloved classics, showcasing Philippa's culinary finesse.

In addition to her culinary expertise, Philippa holds the title of Australian Chef of the Year and brings experience from a highly regarded French establishment. She's also been a discerning judge on the Master Chef stage, collaborated with renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, and authored three outstanding cookbooks.

Lange Estate stands as a cherished, family-run agricultural enterprise nestled in the scenic Frankland River wine country. The Lange family's rich legacy spans five generations of dedicated cultivation and farming in rural Western Australia.
