ERCS Gala Dinner

Welcome to the ERCS Gala Dinner! Join us for a night of elegance and celebration at Rydges World Square Hotel. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference while having a fantastic time. Secure your spot now!

On the night following a delicious 3-course meal, we will dance the night away to our fabulous DJ. Enjoy unlimited non-alcoholic beverages or purchase an alcoholic beverage at the cash bar available. Get excited for volunteer awards and to hear stories of change from current and past participants. Come along to engage in fundraising activities including a silent auction and raffle to help achieve fundraising goals.

All funds raised will go towards some key areas of support;

- Overall continuity of camps in NSW and future growth

- Keeping costs down for kids to attend camp

- Volunteer training costs

- Developing new in-school programs

- Equipment replacement

- Vehicle running costs

Table discount:

Tables are in a group of 10 - organise a group of 10 and you'll get a discount and a free raffle ticket!! Don't have a table of 10 people? Don't worry, we'll find a table for you. Everyone's included!

Tickets and ID:

Tickets and ID will be checked at the door and over 18s will be provided with a wristband that enables them to be able to purchase alcohol at the cash bar. Anyone without a valid ticket will be unable to enter the venue.

Dietary Requirements:

Please ensure you add any dietary requirements to your ticket order so that we can cater to your needs. If you are unable to enter these at the checkout please get in touch with ercsnswcyd@edmundrice.org ASAP. 

Dress code:

Formal - we can't wait to see you all glammed and dressed up! Don't worry it's not black tie but there will be a photographer there, so dress to impress!

How to get there:

Rydges World Square is centrally located with Museum train station one block away and Town Hall & Central train stations connected via the light rail or a short walk. Gadigal Metro station is also a convenient 5 minute walk away. There are main bus routes along Oxford, Elizabeth & George Streets.

Rydges World Square offers parking for evening events with entry after 6 pm, a flat rate of $22.00 will apply until midnight.
