Lunch, as well as mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea/coffee/snacks, are included in the registration fee. Taxes are also included. Please note that accommodation, travel, and dinners are not included.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations received in writing before April 30, 2025, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee charged by the payment platform. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after this date.

Minimum Participation Requirement:
The Deep U experience requires a minimum of 30 registered participants to proceed. Should the program be canceled due to insufficient enrollment, all registration fees will be fully refunded, but no reimbursement for booked flights or other travel or program-related expenses.

Please be aware that any additional expenses — including but not limited to flights, accommodation, or visa arrangements — are the sole responsibility of the participant. The final decision regarding the confirmation of the program will be made in early May. We strongly recommend booking travel and accommodation only after receiving an official confirmation email from us.
