About This Event

As the year begins its quiet close, we gather for an evening of reflection, renewal, and inner alignment. This New Moon–themed sound bath is a chance to honor how far you’ve come in 2025… and gently clear space for what you want to grow in 2026.

We’ll begin with a grounding guided meditation that invites you to acknowledge your journey, integrate your lessons, and symbolically release what no longer serves you — offering it back to the earth to be transformed into wisdom.

Then, settle into the resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes as the sound bath moves stagnant energy, regulates the nervous system, and brings you back into coherence.

We close with a simple ritual of renewal — hand to heart, hand to earth — and a quiet moment of visioning for the year ahead.

Whether you come for clarity, for peace, or for a fresh start…

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with the version of yourself who’s ready to step into a new cycle.

What to bring?

1. Yoga Mat (if you chose this option at sign up)
2. Water
3. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
