Dallas Dash 2025

About This Event

The 6km race in Dallas is the perfect way to challenge yourself and enjoy the beautiful Moray scenery. It's a great way to get the whole family involved in an active day out as there's also a 1.5k cross-country fun run available for children of all ages. Not to mention there are prizes up for grabs for the first, second, and third male & female racers!

Tickets cost £2 for the kids run and £10 for the 6k race. Please book the 6k race online. The 1.5k run can be booked online or on the day.

Complimentary refreshments will be available for race participants in The Houldsworth Institue. Supporters are welcome to enjoy refreshments too for a donation to the Dallas Primary Parent Partnership.

TIMINGS

Registration will open 9:30am at The Houldsworth Institute, Dallas
The 1.5k run will start at 10.30am
The 6k race will set off at 11am.

Age restrictions:

6k race: Children aged 14+ may race unaccompanied in the 6k race. U14s must be accompanied by a full paying adult.

1.5k race: There is no age restriction for the 1.5k race, and children may be accomanied by an adult if desired (no extra ticket required). 

There will be marshalls along the route of both races

To help the environment, please bring your own water bottle.  Water refill stations will be available.

Dogs on leads are welcome, please help keep Dallas clean by tiding up after them!

Please park at Dallas Primary school or the Church car park.  Please do not park on the Main Street wherever possible to keep it clear for runners.

Community Event Disclaimer: This is a community-organised fundraiser and not a commercial event. All proceeds go toward The Dallas Primary School Parent Partnership to support the welfare and education of the pupils at Dallas Primary School.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend, or weather conditions.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the fundraiser is cancelled, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to someone else.

Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
