About This Event
Welcome to this years Colwyn Bay FC end of season football tournament.
Please note that the tournament age groups are for the 2024/25 season. For example if you are currently playing as U9 this year, then enter the U9 session.
This years tournament will be held at Stadium CSM, Eirias Park, LL29 7SP, where there are 2 top quality 4G pitches, 1 of which is in a large stadium arena.
There will be plenty of free on site car parking. Entry into the event will be £3 per adult. All children enter for free. Entry for coaches is also free (Named coaches details must be provided prior to the event).
There will be food and drinks available on site, as well as a variety of stalls also.
All entries to be made via Event Bookings. Further details and rules will be sent out closer to the event.
All details for each age group including how many a side it is and dates and times etc are on each age groups session when you click into it.
We have decided not to place a maximum player amount in the teams, as we know it can be difficult not wanting to leave players out etc. However the FAW guidelines do reccommend a maximum squad size of double the amount of players you can have on the pitch. For example in the U8's it is 6v6 including a GK, therefore ideally your team should have no more than 12 players, to ensure that players get plenty of playing time, however we will leave this in the hands of each teams coach to decide.
The tournament will be played in accordance with the FAW guidelines for small-sided football.
All participating players must be registered for their Clubs under their respectve age groups.
In the event of any dispute, all coaches should have all their players registration details available to present to the tournament officials. Strictly no academy teams.
