About This Event

Want to do something JUST FOR YOU? Love to meet new people? Use your creativity or find a creative flair you didn’t know you had? Enjoy some time with a friend? Or just learn a new skill? Then come along to a **CARD MAKING CLASS** with Kate’s Kards & Gifts.

Description:

·       Intimate classes of 6-8 participants.

·       You will be given an overview of the finished card projects, followed by a demonstration. You will be taken through all the skills to use the tools and materials, and complete 2-3 card projects each class (depending on complexity).  In some cases, projects can be tailored to suit your needs ie Birthday, Thank you, Thinking of you etc.

What you will learn:

·       You’ll learn skills & techniques to create beautiful handmade cards. Using patterned paper, inks, stamps, and ephemera; to create layering, texture & dimension, embossing, die techniques & more. And explore varying card shapes & complexities of skill.

·       And most importantly have FUN!

What you will get:

·       Card Making Class 2 hours

·       Card Making Kits, focusing on 2-3 card projects each class.

·       All tools, cardstock, materials, adhesives, accessories, embellishments, etc.

Appropriate for:

·       Beginners and experienced crafters welcome. Age 16+.

What to bring:

·       Bring yourself, a friend, family…and don’t forget your enthusiasm.
