Here at our Sip and Dip we offer FUN art not FINE art, enjoy a guided learn to make class!

 

Have you ever wanted to learn the art of pottery? This is the perfect beginner class! 

Create a 3 piece platter including dip bowl, and spoon or cheese cutter during this small intimate pottery class. Have complete creative freedom to choose your clay and glaze colour when making your own unique platter. You’ll learn about the techniques, tips & tricks involved with creating and glazing ceramic pieces. And also receive specific insights in to the characteristics of clay, glazes and the firing processes involved. Find out what it’s like to be a full time ceramic artist and even feel inspired to start your own clayful artistic side hustle. Your amazing host Wendy, from Lil Miss Potty Mouth will guide you through the process of making your very own platter and accessories using clay, pottery tools and textured material. You’ll choose the clay, shape, pattern, and glaze colour with plenty of examples on hand to inspire you so that you can create a piece that suits you and your decor. Attendees will create on the day. Wendy takes care of the rest! She will take your creations away to glaze & kiln fire and return them to SipnDip for collection. Beginner level, examples on hand, no experience needed.
