Wei Feng Bird has been a long time vegan and worked as a chef at Loving Hut Melbourne - an international Vegan restaurant chain. A current mentor for Vegan Easy Challenge participants, she had been had been creating her own style of simple, natural, nutritious, Asian influrenced vegan recipes, conducting cooking classes since 2006.Â
