Join us for a guided tasting featuring one white and three red American wines, each poured in generous 2.5–3 oz servings and paired with a bite designed to bring out the best in every glass.

This isn’t just wine on a table—this is about how wine and food change each other when they’re matched right.

🍷 Mettler Chardonnay — smoked salmon, crisp cucumber & herbed Boursin… fresh, creamy, and just bougie enough

🍷 Trentadue Merlot — sweet & sticky meatball… rich, comforting, and impossible to stop at one

🍷 Sonoma Highway Zinfandel — aged gouda & fig jam on a crostini… that salty-sweet combo that hits every time

🍷 Eternal Discovery Cabernet Sauvignon — steak on golden toast with horseradish crema… bold, savory, and stealing the spotlight
