Join us on Saturday, May 31st at Joadja Estate from 3pm for a bourbon-soaked afternoon that’s big on flavour and even bigger on value.
We’ll kick things off with a guided tasting of six outstanding bourbons from the iconic Heaven Hill Distillery—a line-up that would cost you well over $1,900 if you were to buy the bottles yourself. Here’s what you’ll be tasting:

You’ll also get light cheese snacks to start, and once we’ve had our fill of fine whiskey and a bit of Heaven Hill history, we’ll gather around the fire pit for a proper Southern Boil. Think prawns, sausage, corn, potatoes, and big Southern flavour—piled high and made to share.
All this for just $120. That’s not a typo. Incredible whiskey, a cracking meal, and a bloody good afternoon. Come thirsty.
And what is a Low Country Boil you might ask?
If you’ve never had a Low Country Boil, you’re in for a treat. It’s a Southern coastal classic—big, bold, messy in the best way, and made for sharing. We’re talking prawns, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage, all boiled up together with plenty of seasoning, then tipped out onto the table for everyone to dig in. No plates. No fuss. Just grab a drink, roll up your sleeves, and get involved.
We’re calling it a Southern Boil, because, well… we’re not exactly in South Carolina. But the spirit of it? That’s right on the money. Warm fire, good food, better whiskey, and no one leaving hungry.
