About This Event

Self Mastery and Enoughness is an epic 9D Breathwork adventure designed to shift your internal operating system. Over 90% of our thoughts are subconscious, often carrying a heavy negative bias that creates emotional "overwhelm." This session uses specific sound frequencies, hypnotic brain imagery, and rhythmic breathing to "cancel the critique" and "empower the confidence."

You will move from deep nasal centering into two massive rounds of Active Mouth Breathing. This is "breath work"—a challenge to lean into discomfort to find the potential on the other side. Through targeted Inhale Holds and cathartic Vocal Releases (grumbles, roars, or hums), you will physically purge stagnant self-judgment. The journey concludes with the specialized "Energy Bubble" Straw Breathing, where you "drink" in white light affirmations of worthiness, anchoring the new code—"I AM ENOUGH"—into your cellular hardware.

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions: Cardiovascular problems,

High or low blood pressure,

Aneurysms,

Epilepsy and seizures in the past,

Taking heavy medication,

Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia,

Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
