Interview Skills Workshop

Join us for an exciting event that will enhance your media interview skills! This in-person training will occur on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM in Adelaide, SA.

Located in the Tech Central building of Lot Fourteen, Frome Road, Adelaide, SA 5000, this event offers a fantastic opportunity develop media interview skills.

This is course specifically focussed on providing the best training possible to ELA management.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, ELA management will understand how the media works and should feel confident in dealing with even the most confronting of radio or TV interviewers.

Attendee Materials:

Materials provided to each person attending the course include:

• Notepad
• Reference Materials
• Background Notes
• Stationary USB containing simulated interview recordings and reference materials

Each person attending will also be provided a Certificate of Completion and will be requested to provide feedback as to how many ways the course will benefit and enrich their work. Support will also be provided for up to a month after the end of the course for all attendee questions.

Course Presenter:

The course will be presented by our nominated trainer, Mr Peter Spinks. Peter has delivered successful science-communication workshops and guest lectures at universities and research organisations around Australia for many years.
