Come and join us across 2 days where together, we learn how to deadlift, and bench press with Terrys technique.
Day 1 will be focusing on the deadlift, while day 2 will be focused on the bench press. Each day we will break down the movements so that we can learn the specific cues, how we set ourselves into position by way of the cues, and why we want to be setup in these positions. To give you a better understanding there will also be demonstrations of the movements as we verbalise the cues.
Once the theory part is done, you get the chance to put everything into practice! This is your chance to be critiqued whilst under supervision, or even go for a performance best!
