How do I receive payment from my attendees?
Payment processing is a crucial aspect of event management, and at EventBookings, we provide you with different payment gateway options to suit your needs. If you're in a country where we offer our own payment system, we'll transfer the revenue from ticket sales to your designated bank account, minus any service charge. Typically, we process the payment after your event is over, but if you require a customized payment schedule, we're happy to help you out. Please contact us to know the available options.
For those who prefer Stripe, we've integrated it into our platform to make it easy for you to receive payments. Once you connect your EventBookings account with your Stripe account, all proceeds from ticket purchases will be deposited directly into your Stripe account. Stripe will then subtract their fees and transfer the balance to your designated bank account.
Please keep in mind that in certain countries, you may need to contact us to enable Stripe in your account.
If Stripe isn't available in your country and you prefer to utilize other payment processors, please reach out to us to explore available options for your country.
Is EventBookings really free?
You can use EventBookings for free without providing us with card details. If you wish to sell tickets there is a small fee. We also have a premium plan with premium features for organizers who wish to take their event management game to the next level.
Does EventBookings charge for free events?
No, there are no service fees for creating and hosting free events. We only apply a small fee if you sell more than 300 tickets for your event.
Is there any upfront or monthly costs?
No. EventBookings is free to use. There are no hidden fees or lock-in contracts. You can create as many events as you like, and you won’t be charged unless you sell tickets for paid events. Sign up and see if it’s right for you.
