Free events are completely free. We only charge you when you sell tickets for your events. Stripe will charge additional processing fee.

If you are using the EventBookings payment gateway, we will send you your tickets revenue (minus our service charge) to your nominated bank account after your event ends.

If you are using our EventBookings payment gateway and is on the Basic plan, you do not need to provide us with any credit card details. We will ask for your card details only when you purchase our Premium subscription.
EventBookings is completely free to use, so you can always sign up and see if it’s right for you. You can create as many events as you like and you won’t be charged until you start charging your attendees (or hold an event of more than 100 people). See #5 for details.
You don’t have to pay any fees for the first 100 tickets claimed. After that, EventBookings collects the standard fixed amount per ticket when the event is over (50 cents per ticket).
If you use EventBookings’ payment gateway, there is no additional processing fees or merchant fees. However, there is an additional processing fee if you use Stripe as your payment gateway.
