About This Event

Join us at the SGSA Conference 2026, taking place at Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire.

On Tuesday 19 May, the SGSA Conference 2026 will bring together the sector to discuss some of the critical issues facing those involved in sports grounds, particularly around safety, security and service.

Each year, our conference grows in stature and numbers. The 2025 conference was completely sold out, with 370 delegates. 

For 2026 we are moving to the iconic Silverstone Racing Circuit. The Conference will be held within the International Wing which runs alongside the Hamilton Straight. From the balcony, which will be accessible on the event day, our delegates will have unparalleled views of the start-finish straight.

Programme

The conference will start at 9.45am and finish at 4.30pm (registration from 8.45am).

We will be making announcements of our speakers and sessions over the next couple of months and will keep you informed as we head towards the conference.

The day itself will include a mixture of full plenary and breakout sessions, providing strategic overviews of some of the biggest issues in sports grounds safety.

The programme is being developed at the moment and will be launched in the next couple of months. There will be a strong focus on the implementation of Martyn's Law and the development of the next edition of the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (Green Guide).

There will also be plenty of opportunities for you to network with colleagues and visit our exhibition area.

Payment FAQs

A group discount of 10% for four or more orders is available.  Please select 'Pay by invoice' as the payment method for this.

The preferred method of payment is credit or debit card. However, you are able to pay by invoice. Simply select 'Pay by invoice' in the payment method box. Invoices will be sent within five working days. These are for immediate payment.

There is no VAT payable on the tickets.
